LIGO TMS Upgrade

LIGO's Sensing and Control (ISC) system underwent an upgrade during aLIGO installation. In this photo, a LIGO engineer works on the transmission monitor suspension (TMS) system. The TMS is used to relay light in and out of the end test masses.
